The French Open men’s singles winner of 1990 told Talking Tennis exclusively about the over-confidence of Thomas Muster and of how he may have won more titles in Paris were it not for Ivan Lendl, who denied him four times. Andres also spoke about his career that led to his French Open triumph and some of the epic battles he had along the way, as he negotiated a tour that included John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, Henri Leconte, Boris Becker, Pat Cash, Bjorn Borg and Vitas Gerulaitis.
