After a career leading and growing in construction business, 2020 has brought a change to Andrew Christou. Collaborative Alliance has been born as a new way to deliver property. Along his 15 year construction journey, Andrew has mastered just about every role surrounding construction, giving him a 360 degree construction knowledge. In addition to this vision Andrew has worked on a working on a diverse range of projects including commercial, institutional, health, educational, leisure and residential both commercial and domestic. This includes some iconic projects such as MSD at the University of Melbourne, RMIT Building 80, Epworth Geelong Hospital and OROS Apartments. Through this Andrew been exposed to a wide ranging resume of projects valued between $5m and $330m. Further, the experience, knowledge and relationships has guided Andrew to become a collaborative leader within the Melbourne Property and Construction Market.. Values and principles learnt from his time between Multiplex, ABD Group and Marcus Group has allowed Andrew to see construction from all angles, including stakeholders, buildability and techniques. Now, Andrew brings this wealth of experience direct to the developers and stakeholders to guide them through the maze that is construction. With an ability to identify opportunities and risks of projects from concept through to completion, Andrew is strongly focused on delivering quality outcomes collaboratively, consistently outperforming clients and stakeholders expectations.
