Andrew Cuomo's clueless Resignation Speech/The Infrastructure Bill is a Trojan Horse for more Government monitoring

So Andrew Cuomo resigned. He gave a speech. What a speech??!! It revealed more about his arrogance than he intended for it to. He knew his humor was off putting and insensitive but continued. Of course the old hypocrisy beats. 'The system is flawed". and "In his mind he did nothing wrong' The Trojan Horse is the Infrastructure bill. There are all types of little insidiously name power grabs meant. The VMT (vehicle miles tax) and the Federal Surveillance machine.
