Andrew "Sully" Sullivan / Navy Seal / DEVGRU / President/CEO of Community First Project and BlueForce Strategies Inc

This week I was so unbelievably fortunate to sit down with Andrew"Sully" Sullivan, retired Navy Seal, and founder of the Community First Project and Blue Force Strategies. Sully started his military career enlisting in the navy with a seal contract after our country was attacked on 9-11. A  team career that spanned 18 years with numerous combat deployments, He was taking the fight to terrorists for the entirety of his career. He has taken those life experiences and the real world training that he has to the first responder community. Sully is passionate about giving our law enforcement brothers and sisters the skill sets and confidence they need to effectively confront the terrorist at home, the active shooter. Sully's non-profit brings the tactical training  to the agency at no cost with the assistance of sponsors and donations. We also had a discussion about the mental health crisis within the military and lea enforcement community and how we go about supporting each other.
