Andrew Tate 2: Why he's an inspiration to so many young men

This is my second instalment on Andrew Tate and focuses around the recent controversy involving him and Greta Thunberg involving how his online feud landed him in prison under trafficking charges. A large focus of this podcast is around gender stereotypes and how Andrew Tate provides a fantasy escape for many young and impressionable men of the lavish and celeb lifestyle he lives, while perpetuating stereotypically misogynistic ideals with often little consequences. He promotes the idea that men can say and do what they want to women and be rewarded with success and riches. He does not have to put on a façade to succeed which is why I believe he's so popular.I also feature a tiktok from Victoria De Vall who speaks on the 'lover boy' method of trafficking and explains how trafficking is not always being snatched off the street by a group of scary men, and can be much closer to home, involving manipulation and gaslighting techniques to financially profit off of these women, introducing the theme of the constant commodification of women and how normalised and covert this can be.
