Mark Mitchell used to sell hamsters, and now he is responsible for running a car dealership with 3 different marques of car – facilitating everything from car purchases of new and nearly new cars, servicing, and finance. But how does someone go from being inspired to sell hamsters at 8 years of age, to running a car dealership with some 20,000 customers? His life experience and faith have led to some truly inspiring approaches to how he does business and cares for his team of more than 100.
