Andy Frasco - Back On The Couch

We're super stoked to have the one and only Andy Frasco back on No Simple Road as our guest this week! If you don't already know who Andy Frasco is you probably have been living under a rock. He's been constantly touring with his band Andy Frasco & The U.N. and performing at all the major festivals, well known venues, and bringing his own brand of chaotic fun to folks all over the world! There's no show like a Andy Frasco & The U.N. show, that's for sure. Andy's back in the studio this week with the NSR crew for another therapy session. We've become Andy's Portland therapists and we dig right into it talking about: How he hates birthday attention. Why he feels that it's time to actually start taking care of himself. The reasons it's not smart to do Ketamine in public. How he has the ability to say no (believe it or not). How his mental demons materialize. His most recent experience with heartbreak. Why we think he needs an emotional support mini Doberman. How he's seen different ways of living traveling the world. IIf there's a point when he thinks he's made it. What his 'rock bottom' looked like. ... and so much more!
