Andy Pope came by the show to talk about Industrial Soldier a veteran owned Company dedicated to the creation of employment opportunities that maximize wounded and severely wounded veterans’ abilities to perform meaningful and life sustaining employment. Industrial Soldier’s mission is to develop the career skills, employment experience and future employment opportunities to independently sustain their employment and social functioning within companies across the country. Industrial Soldier will also seek ways to support the employment interests of veteran spouses. Industrial Soldier has two important business components: direct employment and consulting service to replicate the employment model within other employers.
