He has competed at the Commonwealth Games, multiple world cross country championships and represented Great Britain at the 10,000m in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Andy is a two-time medalist at the European Athletics Championships, landing a silver in the 10,000 and bronze in the 5,000. It was great to talk to him about his journey at the highest levels of British running.
