An affluent family's son begins to have violent outbursts while away at college and they soon discover that he has fallen into drugs, specifically the dangerous new trendy drug called PCP, otherwise known as Angel Dust. Will parents Betty and Michael be able to reach their son in time to stop his descent into addiction? Will the young, hip Dr. Gideon's newfangled ways convince them to step out of their usual comfort zones to save him?
