Angelina is a scientist, educator, and birder who is based in the Rio Grande Valley.   Learn more about Pel's Fishing Owl.Pel’s Fishing OwlIngredients1 ounce caramel syrup, more for rimKosher or sea salt, for the glass rim1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka2 ounces Irish cream liqueurIceInstructions1.    Roll the rim of a martini glass in a shallow dish of caramel.2.    Roll the glass in a dish of salt, coating it lightly all the way around.3.    If you want to drizzle caramel inside the glass, lightly drizzle caramel webbing inside the glass.
