Angels Among Us - A Special Needs Community Our mission is to promote a fun positive atmosphere where children with special needs or developmental delays can interact and be involved in activities that are not normally available to them due to their disability. Our goal is to hold monthly events for our children to participate in and interact with each other. Angels Among Us President, Musette Hankins, joins Lane Hagan, Executive Director Libby's Friends, to speak about their mission, vision, and work in the community.
