Owen Martin is master distiller at Angel's Envy, but his career in the beverage alcohol industry goes back years and covers both brewing and distilling. Studying distilling at the illustrious Harriet Watt and working in Stranahan's cask-finishing program was a natural precursor to working at Angel's Envy.
