Angels Trade Jo Adell to Cleveland | Cleveland Guardians News

Angels pull off a blockbuster trade just before deadline, sending power-hitting outfielder Jo Adell to Cleveland in a move that signals major roster reshuffling. Adell, 27, boasts elite bat speed and 37 homers last season, despite recent dips in power — he’s still a solid hitter with above-average defense. This is the third deal today, following moves for Soriano and Suter. Cleveland gets a rising star; Angels clear space for future building blocks.
