This period of ascension or evolution in consciousness for humanity is about integration. In order to come home and return to wholeness we must integrate all parts of us and recognise that we are not only a part of all things but that all things are a part of us. It begins with integrating all parts within us, chiefly beginning with emotions because this is where we most severe ourselves from ourselves. The process might look like integrating all emotions, then integrating nature as us rather than something other than us, and eventually integrating our cosmic selves with our human selves. But the journey always begins with a seed. It begins with acceptance and through acceptance we soften enough to hold all things through inclusion and compassion vs judgment. We must individuate before we can see one another as one and of the One. It might seem ironic that the more we individuate, the more in tune with one another we become, but authenticity holds an incredibly high frequency and when we’re in that resonance that represents our true selves, we cannot NOT feel connected to others and all that is because we not only see but feel that we are all cut from the same fabric. This is our evolution: inwards and upwards. Tune in for more…Loving you from afar, CorinneWant to work 1-1 with me?
