Anger is unmet expectations. That means that when you're angry, it's an expectation. The bigger the expectation, the bigger the anger, it's pretty easy to figure out, right? So if you want to have less anger, the best way to do that is to lower my expectations. Well, wait a minute, that means that I should not have expectations. No, you just lower them. If things aren't going well for you, it's because our expectations are way too high doesn't mean that we shouldn't have them. But if you're angry, it means that your expectations are higher than they should be. Now, there's a difference between rage and anger. When we're talking about rage. We're talking about someone who's just out of control. That's when you have a lot of expectations. Now, I have an expectation about things but it's lower. So my anger is just a lot lower, but it doesn't mean that I shouldn't be angry or unhappy. So remember, anger is unmet expectations. And if you want to have less anger, just lower your expectations and follow for more life tips.
