Have you ever heard someone say something like, "I am good and mad!" Is that possible - to be GOOD and to be MAD at the same time? Anger has got to be one of the first emotions we experience as a human. Just have some kids and you will figure this very quickly. The moment they're born, they're crying. They are very quickly express the powerful emotion of anger. Everybody gets angry at some time. The only difference is how we deal with it. Some people blow up, other people clam up. Some people express it, other people repress it. Ephesians 4:26 reads, "In your anger, do not sin." So maybe it is possible to be good AND angry.
