Angie Greene: Unapologetically fighting for inclusion and standing up for what matters most
from TWO AM I · host Jack Riewoldt & Shane McCurry
Episode 8: Angie Greene Angie Greene comes from Australian sporting royalty. But growing up, her extensive association with the world of men's sport and seeing how her brother Brent – who came out to her when she was 13 years old – was treated in sport, school and life, set her on a path and passion for inclusion. Angie is now an anti-discrimination activist and CEO of Stand Up Events, a not-for-profit dedicated to fighting sexual and gender discrimination in Australian sport. She wears her heart on her sleeve and in this incredibly raw episode, explains why she is unapologetic for fighting for what she believes in, and has some thoughts on how we can all stand up for the things that matter most.
