Reno/Carson-City (Oct. 16), Salt Lake City (Oct. 18), Cheyenne (Oct. 23),Denver (Oct. 24),Richmon-DC (Oct. 30) Phoenix (Nov. 6). The MARR-PLANwill end helicopter roundups, wild horse captivity and the specter of slaughter once and for all, release most of the captive horses, and close the expensive holding facilities, thus SAVING the wasted $70 million per year of BLM's $80 million regular annual budget currently spent on helicopter roundups and running the totally pointless holding facilities.
