Anime Films Part 1 - Kiki's Delivery Service, with The World of Horror Podcast

We are focusing our attentions to a classic film being rereleased, based on a TV show, Cowboy Bebop. This isn't any old animation, this is anime. So naturally we are talking anime films to kick things off for 2024. Of course I can't do this alone. I'm joined by a regular guest and their forth appearance on the podcast. I can only be writing about one podcast, The World of Horror Podcast. Warning we will be talking SPOILERS. The World of Horror is up first and there choice is, a is of course a Hayao Miyazaki film but one you might not always think of, Kiki's Delivery Service. On this one we talk about how effective and cinematic the animation is. We talking about how brilliantly restrained this film is, and why this film is so emotional in simple ways.
