"Don't be shy about your dreams." How Ann Ueno found her way from rural Illinois, to leading digital marketing for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Chicago and New York City, to Miami and followed her dream to become an interior designer and founder of her own Interior Design firm, Studio 790 in Miami, Florida. She is also a single mom to a future female leader.How Ann's 20 years of corporate hospitality and digital marketing experience helped her to build a brand and business and why she believes  building teams is her super power.
