Anna Brown - You Are God

"I am you and you are me and my love, we are free." Today I am speaking with Anna Brown. I first stumbled across Anna's work a couple of years ago on YouTube when I was recommended one of her videos on non-duality/Advaita Vedanta. From the first moment, I was struck by her presence. Her eye contact. Her words. Her energy. To this day, I honestly haven't had this kind of "connection" with anyone I've only seen on a screen. Anna carries such profound and deep wisdom around life, reality, spirituality, love, and connection within her that I had to have her on the show. Besides wanting to delve into Anna's deep understanding of non-duality, my intention for this conversation was also to get to know the person behind it, as well as get practical advice. How does one's life change when realizing that everything is one? 👉 We explored a broad variety of topics such as: Anna's personal journey and first moment of conscious awareness of being There's no evolution to self The realisation of non-duality/oneness and its affect on parenting Anna's relationship to religion The true message of religion and Jesus On the feeling of BEING one What's up with the garden of Eden? Animals and what we can learn from them Anna's advice to seekers 🎧 PODCAST: Website YouTube (full video episodes) Spotify Apple Podcasts Google Podcasts Amazon Podcasts 🔗 MY GUEST: Website Instagram YouTube 🙋‍♂️ MY STUFF: Website My creative agency LinkedIn Instagram Michael Singer Weekly Talks Micheal Singer Podcast Waking Up App (free month) My book recommendations 📩 CONTACT: [email protected]
