Anna Holtzman - Social Media, InDOCtrination, Mind Body Experiences, Concealment, Trauma-Focused Training, and Living & Serving Outside The Box

from Be The Vessel · host Dr. Daniel Atkins

Anna Holtzman is a licensed psychotherapist and coach who helps creatives learn how to heal from chronic pain and other symptoms so they can reclaim their energy and pursue their passion. In a past life, or more accurately, earlier in this one, Anna was a disillusioned video editor working in reality TV and struggling with chronic migraines for over 10 years. Through her own mind body recovery experience, Anna came into the passionate service she offers now. She works with clients through her courses and group programs as well as one-on-one. She also publishes a weekly blog and podcast, both titled From Chronic Pain to Passion.I met Anna via email during a crucial transitional point for both of us as we each navigated a separation from the traditional forms of service we were trained in to explore more expansive possibilities for how we show up for others and ourselves, and how we create lives filled with passion. I am honored to share this episode with Anna as we explore the paths that led us to our initial meeting as well as where we our now in our individual and collective missions for healing and creation. You can discover more about Anna and her offerings via her instagram @anna_holtzman and her website annaholtzman.com.Please enjoy this episode with Anna Holtzman and may it be an invitation, a gift, and a medicine to explore your own passion and create your own life.  Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/be-the-vessel-podcast/donations
