Anna Tavis: Reimagining Work and Careers in Human-Centered Organizations

Anna Tavis is a researcher, global educator and coach focusing on the Future of Work. She teaches at New York University and lectures globally. She is an Academic Advisor to a variety of organizations and serves on the Editorial Board of Workforce Solutions Review. Her new book "Humans at Work" is about the new pivot towards human-centered organizations.We connected with Anna as we share a common passion for developing innovative approaches to talent and organizations.
