Annabelle also shared her plans to write a book about her experiences and to work towards creating peace in the world through the power of dragons.   Guided Meditation With Protective Dragon   Annabelle led a guided meditation session, encouraging participants to connect with their bodies, breathe deeply, and visualize themselves in a peaceful natural setting. She then introduced the concept of a protective dragon, inviting participants to imagine themselves riding the dragon and experiencing peace and protection.
