We know and love her for her role as Madge Bishop on the long-running Australian TV series Neighbours and this week, we’re delighted to welcome Anne Charleston to the Food Bytes with Sarah Patterson podcast.

As well as sharing what she gets up to in the kitchen, Anne regales us with some wonderful tales about her work across theatre and television over the decades, both here and in the UK, where she loves performing on the panto circuit.

Anne also offers us a fascinating glimpse into her modelling days!

Our Friday Food Poll is a battle of the summer desserts. Do you prefer tiramisu or a good old-fashioned pav?
