Anne-Claire Berg, Culture and Engagement Director at Danone : how listening drives creative solutions

from Sounds Like Portraits · host Philippe Ungar

When I sat with her in midtown Manhattan, she started to tell me how change can be difficult to accept for everyone. For Anne-Claire, food is the single great unifier across cultures. And, in the future, sustainability and transparency will be central. That means for us, the customers, more local food to fulfill local needs and local cultures. The motto could be: Think global, eat local! It's time to listen to her.
