Anne Gilshinan & Tony O' Brien.

from The Masters of Running Podcast.

This is my 3rd coach/athlete interview and it's another fabulous one. It features 2 previous guests who've since started a very fruitful coach/athlete bond. Anne Gilshinan recently became the first W60 under 5 minutes for 1500m after over 2 years returning from injury. Here she talks about that record and winning gold in Gothenburg and we hear Tony's perspective on the race as a coach. Anne also discusses her time off and how she dealt with that and how Tony started coaching her. We hear about their methods, future plans and acknowledge all the help Anne gets and the brilliance of her adversaries. A wonderful episode.
