This classic Canadian novel was published in 1908. It follows the adventures of Anne Shirley, a red-haired orphan girl, mistakenly sent to the Cuthberts on Prince Edward Island. In this episode, Marilla Cuthbert meets Anne and is determined to send her back to the asylum.
