She has presented at international conferences including FitPro, Club Industry, IHRSA, ACSM, Perform Better and IDEA and has a Master’s degree in Health Education. Annette is a successful and certified personal trainer in NYC delivering private sessions and has authored numerous videos, including Pre Postnatal Training Fan, and had a YouTube show called “The Lang Show”.
