Annette Lang chats to FitPro's Jane Waller - what a great way to kick off 2024!

A little bit about Annette... Annette Lang has been active in the fitness industry for over 40 years, working in sales, management, education and personal training as well as developing and delivering education programs throughout the US and abroad. She has presented at international conferences including FitPro, Club Industry, IHRSA, ACSM, Perform Better and IDEA and has a Master’s degree in Health Education. Annette is a successful and certified personal trainer in NYC delivering private sessions and has authored numerous videos, including Pre Postnatal Training Fan, and had a YouTube show called “The Lang Show”.
