Announcing the Multifamily Memo

This is a quick announcement episode where I wanted to introduce a project that has been under underway for many months.  For several years, many New York City investors have asked me for information about other markets around the US.  As the regulatory environment in New York has become more difficult....the pace of these questions only increased.   Today, is an interesting time.....the whole world is adjusting to the realities of the coronavirus.  In uncertain times like these, I try to pay more attention to what I say and to observe the questions I ask myself. One of the best ones that I heard when dealt with a setback is..."what's possible now?"
