Anoint Thyself – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Jan 26, 2018 Week four with our lovely guest Samantha J Wheatley had us going deeper than ever into the uses of oil in the rituals of self care! Naomi continued her use of the One Mind Live pre-session to get a free consult from Sam (thank you, Sam :-)) and invites anyone listening to benefit from all the wonderful info that resulted. Like where to apply essential oils on your body and why it matters; and whether there’s a relationship between the body’s voltaic system (the meridian endpoints we tap on, for example) and oils – the way there is with water; and how different oils can have different effects on not only our bodies but our emotions…All leading to Steve coming up with a cool new Tapping modality which you’ll have to listen to find out about… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically.
