The Church today is filled with Believers with high-sounding spiritual knowledge, yet our lifestyles often fall short of true Christian character. It’s easy to admire what you see on stage, but holding a microphone does not mean you have graduated in the school of the Spirit. Without ongoing discipleship, anger, jealousy, greed, etc., will leak out, no matter how much we try to spiritualize them.The danger is that God, in His mercy, can still back you up on stage with power and miracles while suspending His dealings with you. But once the anointing lifts, He takes you back to the place of pruning. If you resist that process and only chase spotlight and ministry success, you set yourself up for public embarrassment.True transformation is not about titles, sermons, or miracles seen on stage, it’s about allowing God to prune you in secret before you collapse in public.
