Winning the Most inspirational musher twice and The Mushers Choice award as well. He has been profiled in Sports Illustrated, Good Morning America, and CNN. He is a leading figure in the Sobriety Movement for Alaska Natives, but first and foremost he is a Brother, a Husband, a Father, a Grandfather, and a Great Grandfather.
