Another dog left at Pittsburgh International...another night of reports of people being shot with pellet guns...and Downtown Pittsburgh getting ready for Light-Up Night.

Yesterday officers were called about a dog tied to a pole that appeared to be abandoned in a short-term parking garage at Pittsburgh International Airport. Investigators do believe they have video of the man from inside the airport, but have yet to identify him. The dog is currently in the care and custody of Animal Friends. Allegheny County Airport Inspector Kenneth Ruckel has more. This is the second time in just four months a dog has been abandoned at the airport. Ruckel urges flyers to check TSA's website prior to flying to avoid this from happening again.
