It was the memory and data storage stocks lifting the US market last week. While the S&P 500 only edged up 0.1% over the five days, the memory sector leapt 9%. These stocks have run so hard for so long, you could be forgiven for thinking the end must be nigh. But the intensity of the shortage in memory products says the opposite.
