Thaylar and Aiesha talk about adapting to the new normal which is learning to live with COVID. Speaking about their personal development with learning to continue on with life when it is still unpredictable. Thaylar also speaks on her experience of contracting COVID after only a few weeks back into teaching along with Aiesha speaking on her own experience contracting COVID suddenly with some insight on how they both managed their mental health during that period. We want to take this opportunity to point out thast while we are seeing many freedoms return, the pandemic is not over. For many folks, contracting COVID is still life or death, pressure on our health systems are mounting and we should still be aware of the situation we are in.
