Another nor’easter to bring more coastal flooding, high winds to Jersey Shore

A 7-year-old girl is in stable condition at the hospital after police say she was shot in the Fairhill neighborhood of North Philadelphia. ... As Hurricane Melissa rolls through Jamaica, donations are already being collected in Philadelphia to help. ... Emergency management and public works officials down the shore are bracing for another nor'easter heading our way. This one, however, is not expected to be as bad as the last.
