Carolina Buzz visited the new generation of culinary workers in Brunswick County at the COAST school, the STEM school in Brunswick County, that trains high school students for a career in the culinary and hospitality businesses that will continue to boom in the region. We talk with Chef Alisha Pierri, who is the instructor, and also runner-up for teacher of the year in North Carolina for career and technical education.
