Another Trigger?

We all have triggers, yet most can never face them without projecting. Have you been emotionally abused or are you afraid to face your own shadows and blame others? This week will trigger many that refuse to face their own demons and blame others for what they can not face within themselves. Claiming Emotional abuse towards another in an adult relationship without true context within yourself is a true form of self sabotage and growth. If you can not take accountability within yourself and understand that everything is a reflection or mirror of what you feel within, you will never break your own cycles.
