The numbers tell the tale - according to the Centers for Disease Control, one in every four female deaths is from heart disease. Heart disease is the number one killer of African American and White women. And what's really frightening is that two-thirds of women who die suddenly of conorary heart disease have no previous symptoms. The good news is that there are lifestyle changes we can make to prevent heart disease.
