Another visit with Kirk Uhler

Here's what the description was the last time we spoke to Kirk: "Tom talks to Kirk Uhler, Placer County California Supervisor. He's one of the more interesting local politicians out there. Tom says "We need to be talking with more of the local guys- they know what's going on." Same goes for now- although Kirk is no longer the Placer County Supervisor. But he's still got a lot of insight. We talk about California, Covid policy, local politics, and of course we get to Gavin Newsom as well.
