The Birds lost to the Bears 24-15 at Lincoln Financial Field, and they looked even worse than the score indicates, and that goes for both offense and defense. The Eagles enter December with two losses in a row and a lot of question marks. KYW's Dave Uram has a postgame reaction. ****** A Philadelphia City Council Committee has advanced a bill that would ask voters to create a city-run retirement plan for workers who don’t already have a retirement plan through their employer.
