Answering the Call - 911 Dispatch Matt
from Answering the Call - First Responders Podcast Hosted by answeringthecall
911 Dispatch Matt worked with Mike on the Lowell police department many years ago - a friendship that all started in a cemetery! Not really, but there is a hidden joke if you watch involving the podfather's love for cemeteries! He talked about being the "first to a situation, the first responder" the call starts with them. They have to make quick decisions and judgment calls to know how to solve any issue that may come in. They gather the details to send to other departments to send civilians help, which is an important role. -- -- Answering the Call - The First Responder Podcast is brought to you by Genesis House Recovery (800-737-0933) and FirstNet, Built with AT&T (www.firstnet.com).
