Answering the question : “what vaccines are safe to get ?”

I often get asked this question In my DM’s on Instagram. I polled my audience and asked if this is some thing they would like me to do a podcast episode on. I got an overwhelming response of “yes.” In today’s episode I talk about why I believe it is important to empower my audience to understand what questions to ask, how to think, and giving practical step-by-step actions to take in order to get through informed consent. I also talk about why I think there is an epidemic of laziness that needs to shift in our society around educating ourselves. I addressed the importance of parents empowering themselves with this information as well as individuals in order to cast a decision of judgment on what they believe safety to be.
