He is committed to developing a church-planting culture and to planting 10 churches in 10 years. He is an accredited AoG GB Minister and serves on the national and regional church planting teams, as well as being part of the European Core Team for the Crossing Waves Network, and was appointed Director of Training for Dynamic Church Planting International in 2024.
