Attorney and former Deputy Mayor Anthony Adams says the next mayor will have a lot of heavy lifting to do with fewer resources than the current administration. Adams, who unsuccessfully ran against Mike Duggan in the 2021 mayoral race, reflects on the time he spent working with Kwame Kilpatrick.
