His teaching and research interests include alternative conceptualisations of mental health, statistics and psychometrics, applied psychology, and Indigenous health. Dr Dillon identifies as a part-Aboriginal Australian, and we discuss his criticisms of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement and the research from The Australian Institute of Criminology, which shows that Indigenous people are now less likely to die in prison custody than non-Indigenous people.
