Anthony Jerome is a fitness trainer and group ex instructor, He is also a yoga and meditation/ mindfulness instructor. For more than 27 years he has studied, practiced and taught extensively locally and abroad in the field of mind body spirit medicine or natural healing using kinesiology, intuitive reading, Energetic medicine, breathing exercises, hypnotherapy and stage hypnosis. Currently he teaching his technique he calls Enlightened Way of Being Energetics and Meditation in monthly groups and private sessions.
