Das "Behandlungsprogramm für inhaftierte Gewaltstraftäter" wird ausschließlich in Hochsicherheits-Gefängnissen durchgeführt und soll dazu beitragen, neue Straftaten zu verhindern und damit neue Opfer zu vermeiden. In der Justizvollzugsanstalt Geldern, einem Hochsicherheits-Gefängnis für 681 Männer, wird die Maßnahme mit Gesprächsrunden und Rollenspielen praktiziert. Von Anja Kempe.
